Ashley Graham
Senior Health Analyst
After five years in the banking industry, Ashley joined Stratasan in January of 2017, her first foray into healthcare. The majority of her banking career was spent as a quantitative analyst building statistical models with applications in credit and compliance risk management. She holds a bachelor’s in Economics from New York University and a masters in Economics from the University of Oxford. Ashley was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, but she has lived in New York, NY, Oxford, England, Charlotte, NC, and now Nashville, TN. When she isn’t working, you will likely find Ashley either training for her next marathon or working on her lifestyle blog. She and her husband, Zack, enjoy spending time with family and cheering on the Titans.

Davis’ first stint with Stratasan was in 2015 as an intern on the development team. After graduating the following year from Lipscomb University with a degree in Information Technology, Davis joined Stratasan in a full-time capacity as a Support and Systems Engineer. He is responsible for client-side support as well as implementing IT infrastructure in order to meet the growing needs of Stratasan. A Nashville native, Davis likes to tinker with technology in his free time, providing free tech-related services for friends, friends of friends, and neighbors. Additionally, he likes to get out of the city and trail-ride dirtbikes.

Sara Handa joined the Stratasan team in June of 2017 as a 
Lessie joined the Stratasan team in August 2017 as the Vice President of Customer Success. In her role, she leads a customer success program that promotes a higher level of customer engagement aimed at driving better results for our clients. Lessie has a strong background in leading customer experience efforts, providing vision and strategy for customer success programs, and maintaining a high level of customer retention. Lessie started her healthcare career in 2008 at Decision Resources Group (DRG) where she served in many roles and ultimately finished her tenure with DRG by leading their Global Customer Experience team that engaged with biotech and pharmaceutical customers across Asia, Europe, and the United States. During her 8 ½ years at DRG, Lessie was awarded the CEO Club award that is selected by the CEO based on performance, results, and attitude to the top 1% performers. Lessie is a graduate of Austin Peay State University where she studied Corporate Communications with a minor in Psychology. In her spare time, Lessie enjoys volunteering in the Nashville Cable Program as a mentor and her love for the outdoors leads her to enjoy walking, hiking, and camping.
A New York native, Becca moved to Nashville in August 2017 to pursue her passion for health technology on the Stratasan team as a Product Associate. Becca studied Public Health and Business at Brandeis University, where she developed a strong interest in how innovative technology can improve healthcare in the U.S. In her senior year at Brandeis, Becca became a part of Venture for America, a social impact entrepreneurship fellowship, through which she discovered Stratasan. Becca loves performing and watching improv comedy, volunteering in the community, and discovering new music.
Daniel joined the Stratasan team in August 2017 as a Senior Health Analyst. He is a Freed-Hardeman University graduate with a Bachelors in Business Administration and an emphasis in Business Management. Having previously worked for AIM Healthcare and Truven Health Analytics/IBM Watson Health, he brings to the team nearly 10 years of knowledge and experience. A Nashville resident for 13 years, Daniel is originally from Chattanooga. He loves Marvel and Star Wars movies, but is also a huge sports fan and can often be found cheering on the 
Gavin joined the Stratasan team in July of 2017 as the Senior GIS Analyst. With an undergraduate degree in Applied Geography from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a graduate degree in Geography from University of North Carolina Greensboro, Gavin brings to the team a solid educational background as well as over 10 years of relevant work experience. He spent 3 years at Dollar General as the Market Planning Analyst and 6 years with Mspark as their Senior GIS Database Analyst. Gavin was born in England and moved to the US in 2001 to attend college. He has been a Nashville resident since 2012. When not working, Gavin loves to spend time perfecting his photography skills and traveling the world.
Louis joined the Stratasan team in September of 2017 as a Customer Success Analyst with the Customer Success Team. In this role, he manages client relationships and works across all departments to ensure a consistent and exceptional experience for our customers. Louis has a Bachelors in Business Management as well as an MBA from Berry College. Before Stratasan, he worked with the Strategic Resource Group at LifePoint Health where he was the primary strategic planning contact for a division of hospitals. Prior to that, Louis spent 5 years as a Client Manager with WinShape Teams, a culture and leadership development foundation offering services to a wide variety of clients ranging from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He and his wife have two dogs, and when not working, he enjoys spending time on the lake with friends and family and creating things out of wood and leather.
Eric joined the Stratasan team as a Web Developer in November 2017.

Caitlin joined the Stratasan sales team in 2018 after working previously at Elite Sports Medicine and Orthopedics. Having studied Special Education at Clemson University, Caitlin loves cheering for the Clemson Tigers every opportunity she gets. She’s lived in Nashville a total of nine years but has moved around the country a lot. A self-proclaimed “newspaper brat” she’s lived in a total of six states and has moved eight times. The oldest and only girl from a family of four, Caitlin was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader for nine years. These days, when not working, she loves being outside and exploring new things or places. She’s a huge Predator’s fan, loves concerts and local music, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
